I stumbled upon this gem of a cafe and couldn't be happier with the experience! The staff was not only friendly but also incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our visit. Kudos to them for making us feel right at home. Now, let's talk about the food - it was nothing short of delicious! My dad and I both opted for the fried steak, and it was a flavor explosion. The perfect combination of crispy and tender. My sister went for the Reuben sandwich, which, according to her, was a mountain of goodness. She couldn't finish it all, so my dad happily stepped in and devoured the other half. No complaints from him - it was fantastic. The atmosphere of the cafe was just what we needed - cozy and inviting. It provided the ideal backdrop for a relaxed meal with family. We left with full bellies and big smiles, already planning our next visit. This little cafe has definitely earned a spot on our favorites list, and we can't wait to go back for more delightful moments and tasty treats!

This review deserves 10 stars and that is NOT an exaggeration. We stumbled on Billy's on our road trip up to Mt Baker. It has changed our lives haha. We have talked about these pancakes for 3 months between our visits. This last weekend for our visit we each ordered the cinnamon roll pancakes and then 1 order to go. Ron the chef is a rockstar!!! I may have fan girled when i shook his hand because i love his pancakes so much.

Really great place for breakfast. Next time you're on your way to the San Juan Islands, make time and visit. Bring cash but it appears they also accept Venmo. You might want to call and verify. Delicious food served by happy passionate people - it doesn't get better than this! The bacon was phenomenal - thick, crispy and tasty. The sausages were perfectly grilled , savory and juicy.

In fear of adding to the spot on reviews about this place and drawing more traffic to this little cafe I didn't want to leave a review! The cafe is a small one with the absolute nose down to earth staff, the ambience has such a small hometown vibe that was a great change from the usual corporate style dinners. Prices are spot on, Bill mentioned how they work with local farmers to source some of their materials! The food was genuinely delicious. If you have the chance and can you have to try the pancakes! Such a simple thing but man do these guys know what they're doing! And the strawberry jam? Locally sourced! We saw they had some take home bake pies and after eating some today I 100% recommend them.

Service, service, service!! Let me say it loud and clear.... SERVICE!!! When the entire staff of a restaurant is present, connected, participating and involved it shows and we are paying attention! Matter of fact, we love the attention! The entire staff was funny, friendly and attentive to each and every customer. The food is amazing cafe food served hot and fast! The portions are huge so come hungry or have room in the fridge for some great leftovers! The Chicken Fried Steak and CFS Burrito will definitely feed two folks each, as will a whole lot of other menu items! The servers need to be body builders to carry some of those loads!! Hubby had the Chicken Fried Steak and could only eat half! I had a few bites to help him out and it was delicious, just as important, the gravy was seasoned and had a real good texture. Our adult daughter had the breakfast burrito and had to take half of it home! I had a "normal" breakfast and it was all cooked to perfect order including the eggs and hashbrowns extra crispy! Billy's is the #1 rated breakfast place in Sedro-Woolley for a few reasons, the top two being the service and portions of delicious food! I highly recommend a visit and will definitely be back when in the area!
